Singapore Soap provides this service to you subject to the following notices, terms and privacy policy. Acceptances of Terms and Conditions by purchasing from us or using this site, you (Customer) agree to be bound by all the terms and conditions of Singapore Soap (Provider).  The laws of Singapore shall govern all contractual issues arising from the use of this site.

Acceptance of Terms of Sale
Upon purchasing at our store and/ or clicking on the proceed button of the payment page of the SingaporeSoap.com e-store, Customer accepts the terms of sale and is bound to the terms of sale stipulated. By placing an order at Singapore Soap, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old (or have parents’ permission to buy from us) and accept these terms & conditions which shall apply to all orders placed or to be placed at Singapore Soap for the sale and supply of any products. The contract of sale is thus dated and timed at the moment of purchase or clicking upon the proceed button. The timing of the terms of sale is captured on the order confirmation sent via electronic mail.

Singapore Soap reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders in its discretion, including, without limitation, if Singapore Soap believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Singapore Soap and / or its affiliates.

Payment of Product / Services
Upon clicking on the proceed button on the payment page, Customer hereby agrees to pay Provider the total amount set forth in the contract of sale and any other mutually agreed charges.

Products are non exchangeable and non refundable due to hygiene.

Cancellation

There is strict no cancellation or refund policy after payment is made. Any cancellation requests made after the order has been arranged for shipment will solely be up to the Provider’s discretion. Any cancellation request allowed shall be subjected to an admin fee (SGD$10 minimum).

Limitation of Liability

Provider shall not be liable to Customer or any other person for any incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages of any kind (including lost revenues or profits, loss of business, goodwill or data, or anticipated savings, death or personal injury) in way related to this Agreement, whether in contract or tort, regardless of whether Provider was advised, had other reason to know, or in fact knew of the possibility thereof. The liability of Provider in any event for any claim under this Agreement whether arising out of breach of contract (including breach of warranty) or tort (including negligence and strict liability) shall in no event exceed the total amount actually paid by Customer to Provider under this Agreement. Goods ordered are delivered / shipped by third party carrier (Carrier) to the address indicated in the invoice. The onus shall be on the Customer to ensure that the shipping address indicated are accurate and valid. The Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its company, affiliates, employees and agents from and against all claims and expense for such inaccuracy. Any claims for damage or loss in transit must be made against the Carrier. The Provider shall not be liable for goods damaged or lost in transit. When goods are delivered to the Carrier the responsibility of the Provider ceases. The Provider shall not be liable to the Customer for any loss or damage directly or indirectly arising out of or in connection with any delay in delivery of the goods, where such delay or failure is caused directly or indirectly by an act of God, fire, armed conflict, labour dispute, civil commotion, intervention of a government, inability to obtain labour, materials or facilities and accidents, interruptions of, or delay in transportation or any other cause beyond the Provider’s control. Customers are deemed to have voluntarily accepted the risk of selecting Singpost normal mail which do not provide tracking facility and does not guarantee parcel delivery. Customers are provided trackable shipping option during checkout and shall only select this delivery method if the Customer accepts the risk and understands that the Provider shall not be liable to the Customer or any other person for any incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, special or exemplary damages of any kind (including lost in transit, lost revenues or profits, loss of business, goodwill or data, or anticipated savings, death or personal injury) in way related to this selected shipping option.

Indemnification
The customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless the Provider, its company, affiliates, employees and agents from and against all claims and expense, including indemnification of legal costs on a full indemnity basis arising out of the customer’s use of Singapore Soap e-store services. This indemnification also covers customer’s breach of alleged breach of any terms in this term of sale.

This term of sale covers the presumptions under the Electronic Transactions Act 1998 (“ETA”). Provider and Customer agree that the term of sale in electronic form constitutes as a written document and therefore the customer undertakes not to dispute or challenge the validity or enforceability of this term of sale on the grounds that it is not a written document.

Severability
The provisions of this term of sale are intended to be severable. If for any reason the provisions of this term of sale shall be held invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part in any jurisdiction, such provision shall, as to that jurisdiction, be ineffective to the extent of such invalidity or unenforceability without in any manner affecting the validity or enforceability thereof in any other jurisdiction or the remaining provisions hereof in any jurisdiction. Reference to other jurisdictions in this clause shall not be construed so as to affect the governing law of this term of sale being the laws of Singapore.

Amendments to the Terms of Agreement
Provider reserves the right to amend the pricing of products and the terms of sale at any time without prior notice.

Additional Information
The provider reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, terms of purchase and product offerings without prior notice. At the event of when a product is sold out, the provider has the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid in the best way. The provider shall also notify the customer of equivalent replacement products if available.
